you can insert different fields into documents like dates usernames or document information like the title you can change the formatting if you want to edit one thatamp;#39;s already inserted all you have to do is right click choose edit field and you can make changes so maybe instead of uppercase Iamp;#39;ll choose title case I can also right click and choose to toggle the field code because by default itamp;#39;s going to show me the actual result instead of the code so Iamp;#39;ve toggled it and it is showing me the field code instead
