Focusing your concealer on the darkest spots such as on the inner corners and under the eyes, and then blending out the edges into your foundation helps to disguise and cover the look of dark circles in seconds!
Use a concealer with a peach or red undertone tone to color-correct the dark hue of your circles. Add another layer of loose powder foundation to set the concealer and blend it to match your skin.
Depending on a persons skin tone, dark circles can tend to have purple-ish or blue-ish hues. To conceal dark circles, the same color wheel principle applies. People with fairer skin may opt for yellow, peach, or pink colored concealers. Darker skin may benefit more from an orange shade.

You cant use just a foundation over really dark circles as it will show up ashy. A corrector uses colour theory to cancel out the tones of pigmentation or bruised eyes so you can conceal on top, explains Asadi.
Dark circles tend to have a bluish undertone, so shades of peach and orange are ideal for canceling them out. Those with lighter skin tones should docHub for a peach color corrector.
