Depending on a persons skin tone, dark circles can tend to have purple-ish or blue-ish hues. To conceal dark circles, the same color wheel principle applies. People with fairer skin may opt for yellow, peach, or pink colored concealers. Darker skin may benefit more from an orange shade.
For redness: Neutralize red and pink tones with a green color corrector. For dark circles and dark spots: Use a peach color corrector if you have fair skin, or a deeper orange shade if you have medium to dark skin. For sallowness: Balance out unwanted warmth with a lavender color corrector.
This works out to almost exactly 1 MOA = 1 at 100 yards *. In this case, it represents how much of the target the reticle is covering. So your 32 MOA circle represents 32 inches at 100 yards, 16 inches at 50 yards, 8 inches at 25 yards, 4 inches at 12.5 yards, 3.2 inches at 10 yards, 2 inches at 6.25 yards, etc. (
Peach and Orange Color Corrector Dark circles tend to have a bluish undertone, so shades of peach and orange are ideal for canceling them out. Those with lighter skin tones should docHub for a peach color corrector.
If you have dark blue undereye circles, you want to opt for an orange or peach color corrector, since orange lies on the opposite side of blue on the color wheel. To find the right color-corrector for your skin, saturation plays a role, says Greenberg.
Invest in a good concealer A good undereye concealer can give you complete coverage as well as make you look bright-eyed in seconds! Choose a shade lighter than your natural skin tone (as this will help brighten the area) but also opt for a peachy tone as this will counteract the blueish tinge of the shadows.
Deposit small dots of concealer at the inner third of the eye as well as the outer corner with a synthetic bristle brush. Then, use the pads of your fingers to push-press it in. Stay away from getting too close to the lashes, as that can create buildup and creasing.
Orange color corrector is intended to neutralize dark spots, scars, under-eye circles, areas that may turn gray under foundation, or other stubborn and relatively cool-toned blemishes, Scott explains.
