10 Ways to Hide Elements in CSS opacity and filter: opacity() color Alpha Transparency. transform. clip-path. visibility. display. HTML hidden attribute. Absolute position.
In your CSS file or tag, target the element you want to hide using a class, id, or any selector, and set display: none; for that selector. When you set an element to display: none; you remove the space it would normally occupy, and other elements may shift to fill the gap.
By setting the value of display to none, the element will be hidden and wont take up any space on the page. You can add this CSS code inside a tag in the section of your HTML document, or you can link an external CSS file using the tag.
You can hide an element in CSS using the CSS properties display: none or visibility: hidden. display: none removes the entire element from the page and mat affect the layout of the page.
If you need to hide the text permanently, then using the visibility: hidden property is a better choice. And if you need to hide the text while still making it accessible to screen readers, then using the opacity: 0 or font-size: 0 properties is a good option.
