We have got here a folder with a bunch of pdf files. The task is now to merge the pdf files based on their name. So, as an example. We should combine the two files starting with 902, and we want to use the long file name when saving the pdf file. And we want to do the same for the remaining files. So, for all the files starting with 904, Python should combine them into one file. Let us see how we can automate this task. First things first, we need to install the required library to merge the pdf files. Therefore, open up your terminal or command prompt and type pip install PyPDF2.
