Hello, I'm Chris Menard, and in this Excel tutorial, I will show you how to reduce the file size of your Excel document. I recently encountered a problem where my file was much larger than it should be, and I will demonstrate how to fix this issue. The current file size is 20.3 MB, even though there are only six worksheets with few charts. The culprit seems to be a specific worksheet causing the problem. To check the number of worksheets, go to the Review tab and select Workbook stats. From there, you can see there are six sheets in the workbook. One solution is to delete any unnecessary worksheets to reduce the file size.
