hello there this is tech infinity and today I will be showing a quick technique to compress large files to a great extent so lets begin this is the file that needs to be compressed it is a video file of approximately 4 gigabytes in size the first step is to get the software called 7-zip head on to your browser and get the software to determine whether you have a 32-bit or a 64-bit system go to this PC or my computer and right click anywhere on the empty space then choose properties now you should be able to see the version of the operating system that youre running go back to the browser and download the relevant file I am running a 64-bit system so I take the x64 version if youre on a 32-bit system then download the x86 version now the software and then follow the video if it asks to restart just click no lets start the compression process right click on the file and choose 7-zip and then choose add to archive this should open up a pop-up box here make sure you have 7z selected f
