In this video, I will show you how to reduce the Excel file size without deleting data. Before starting, save a copy of the Excel file. The current file size is 1232 kb. To reduce the size, start by compressing the picture size in Excel. Select the picture, go to Picture Format, and click on compress under adjust. Choose different options to compress the picture format, such as 220 ppi for printing. An alternative method is to go to File, click on More, then Options, and Advanced. Scroll down to Image size and quality, select discard editing data and don't compress image file. Reduce the ppi to make the picture smaller.
