In this video tutorial, we explore ways to reduce the size of large PDF files for easier sharing. There are three main options: adjusting settings while creating a file, saving an existing file in lower quality, or using online tools to compress the file. You can start by resaving the file in your PDF viewer app, such as DocHub or Acrobat, before seeking external tools. The example used is a 54-page, 17-megabyte magazine file, showing how much smaller it can be made for easier sharing via email within the 25-megabyte attachment size limit.
