[Music] hi and welcome back to another video today I am talking about Microsoft teams and how you can join more than one meeting at the same time and this would be a relatively quick tutorial so if you do find it useful please do click on the like button and click Subscribe it helps a channel out massively and with all that said lets jump on over to Microsoft teams ok so here I am just within my Microsoft teams general supply chain channel Im just here and what Im going to do is actually just start a meet now meeting Ill turn my camera off just down here so Im going to click meet now ok so this is a meeting number one what I then want to do is actually navigate back over here on the b-team section and if i give that a click youll notice how it gets minimized over there now it says in my general channel of supply chain that Im in a meeting its very visible just within the post section also visible just down here next to the general channel that there is a meeting happening ok

Click Manage next to the Team that houses the Channel you want to merge. Select the Team that youd like to merge into. Select the specific Channel youd like to merge with. Press OK
How to Merge Teams Together Successfully PLAN AHEAD FOR THE TEAM MERGER. CHOOSE THE CULTURAL AGENDA. FIND THE PAIN POINTS OF COMBINING TEAMS. DIAGNOSE THE SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE TEAMS. ANTICIPATE AND EXPECT A FEW BUMPS DURING THE MERGER. INVOLVE EMPLOYEES IN THE ROLL-OUT AND VISION FOR THE NEWLY MERGED TEAM.
Use a code Select Teams on the left side of the app, then choose. Join or create a team at the bottom of your teams list. In Join a team with a code, paste the code in the Enter code box and then select Join.
Call merge feature is not available for Teams Meetings.
If youre signed in, go to your Teams Calendar and tap the Meet icon in the top right corner. Note: If youre not signed in, tap Join a meeting and enter a meeting ID and password. Tap Join with a meeting ID. Enter a meeting ID and passcode.
Every Microsoft Teams meeting has a unique meeting ID, similar to a meeting invite link. To join a meeting using the meeting ID, go to any web or in-product Teams entry point and enter the meeting ID where indicated.
Join with a meeting ID from your Teams app If youre signed in, go to your Teams Calendar and tap the Meet icon in the top right corner. Note: If youre not signed in, tap Join a meeting and enter a meeting ID and password. Tap Join with a meeting ID. Enter a meeting ID and passcode.
Solution Go back to your inbox in Outlook. Go back to the calendar in Outlook. Click on the new event. There should be a Join Teams Meeting button. Click the button. When the join meeting window opens in Teams, the title should match the meeting that you copied.
