Starting September 30th, 2022, Microsoft will be enabling all tenants to register their security information through the combined registration experience. This article will take you through some of the parts of the combined registration experience.
Enable combined registration Go to Azure Active Directory User settings Manage user feature settings. Under Users can use the combined security information registration experience, choose to enable for a Selected group of users or for All users.
Starting September 30th, 2022, Microsoft will be enabling all tenants to register their security information through the combined registration experience.

Combined registration modes. There are two modes of combined registration: interrupt and manage. Interrupt mode is a wizard-like experience, presented to users when they register or refresh their security info at sign-in. Manage mode is part of the user profile and allows users to manage their security info.

Resetting a users MFA details A list of All users appears. Search the list for, and click on, the desired user. The selected users Profile page appears. On the left-hand menu panel, under Manage, click Authentication methods. An option bar appears at the top of your screen. Click Require re-register MFA. Note:
Go to UserUser settingsChoose the setting Manage user preview settings. Under the option Users can use the combined security information registration experience choose All and then click Save. At the next login via the web portal, users should be prompted if they have not set up MFA/SSPR.
