welcome to hello Healths merging duplicate patients records training video once logged into your hello health account locate the duplicate patients account by going to the panel section and searching the patients name once the duplicate patients chart has been opened go back to the panel section and open up the patients original account now that both charts are open we ask that you go into the account that needs to be deactivated and transfer over all pertinent information into the account which you wish to maintain once in the export-import section of the duplicate account please export their clinical summary and summary care record from this section once you have exported the information please make sure to download the export to your computer by clicking on the right hand side of the export then go into the correct patients chart and import the download into their library if you would like to reconcile any allergies medications problems procedures lab results plans of care vit

When a case of duplicate records is found, a user will want to resolve them to a single record. The Merge Patients screen allows the user to select information from two patient records and perform a merge that creates a single patient record to replace those two.
