So the first thing were going to do, so depending on how you want to handle headers, you may or not do something there but for now what Im going to do is Im going to just highlight the actual data, put it into a table. So once we got it into a table, I can see what I need. Im going to go to Data, from table range. So Ive now put all that in. You can see here that this has decided that maybe those are the headers and thats clearly not what I want. So dont forget, one of the options you have is if I go here where it says use first row as header, I can actually say use headers as first row, so when I click on it youll see it drops it down. So we now we back to a position of seeing 2 records for each record. What I do know is I want everything to move down. So lets see, Im going to go here, Im going to say transform, going to say fill down, doesnt seem to have done it, but for those its fine, what we interested in is the date, the date must come down, so Im going to say fill
