theres a company that asks for my opinion they they want to implement a performance review system that incorporates their companys core values i was asked to do research on some of the more popular performance evaluations and give my opinion as to which one this company should use i found over 20 different types of performance evaluations and i was asked to identify the pros and the cons and how they worked what are the differences what are the similarities and then finally help the owner of this company pick one well i couldnt do that and i couldnt do it because the core values of the company did not fit into any one particular performance evaluation methodology so what i suggested to the business owner is to cherry pick some of the qualities from four different types of performance evaluations and create a unique performance evaluation specifically made for different departments within his company yes thats going to take a lot of work but if you want to seriously incorporate yo
