So, without further ado, let me show you how to do this. All right, so the very first step youre going to want to take is to create your actual form or worksheet. And the best tool to use to actually create it and design it is, none other than, Canva. So, if you dont have a Canva account yet, look in the description box below. Theres a link to a 30 day trial of Canva Pro. However, you do not need a Canva Pro account. Once youve signed up, simply head to your homepage and we are going to create our form. Print Comment and Mark-Up Symbols Select the Tools tab. Select the Comment button in the Review Approve section of the Tools Center. Select the Options menu in the Comment pane. Select Commenting Preferences. Select Print notes and pop-ups in the Preferences dialog box.
Adding comments using the Add Comments tool Click the options menu (), and choose Add Comments. Select a file you want to comment, and click Add Comments in the right pane.
A: By default, docHub Reader is set to print the Document only without printing any annotations that were added to the PDF. To print with comments and form fields, in the docHub Reader Print dialog, click on the drop-down under Comments Forms section and select Document and Markups option.
This can be done by pressing the CTRL+A key on the keyboard and selecting all comments. Then you can press the Delete key or right-click and select the Delete option.
Choose File Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Summarize Comments button. When prompted Do you want to include the text of summarized comments, click Yes.
To save a copy of your annotated PDF for future viewing using the document viewer or any other PDF viewer that supports annotations: Click File options ▸ Save As Choose a name and folder in which to save the file, then click Save.
Printing Comments Press Ctrl+P. Word displays the Print dialog box. Using the Print What drop-down list, choose either List of Markup or Document Showing Markup. (The first prints just the comments and other document markup, the second prints the document together with any comments and other document markup.) Click OK.
Switch from view to edit mode: You can switch from document view mode to edit mode to add comments. Click the Options menu () in the toolbar, and then click Edit Add Comments.
