So, letamp;#39;s get all that cleared today. But first lets talk about Om a little bit. Om is not just a chanting. It is kind of a Pranayama. When we chant OM. We inhale, exhale and chant OM. The exhale is supposed to be longer. We should be exhaling very slowly while chanting. When we exhale deeply and longer, it really calms our mind and body down.
