Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF using Microsoft Word, and as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well letamp;#39;s jump on the desktop. Here I am on my desktop, and I have a PDF file called certificate. Iamp;#39;m going to go ahead and click on that and I have this nice certificate that I found online. Itamp;#39;s a PDF file and I run a company and I have some employees who I want to celebrate. You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, Iamp;#39;m just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, Iamp;#39;d probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but hereamp;#39;s the certificate and unfortunately, itamp;#39;s a PDF and I canamp;#39;t edit the name of the recipient. I canamp;#39;t type anything down here. I can

Lets look at some of the steps you can explore to uncover the problem and attempt a solution. Revisit the original source file. Check font smoothing options. Update your PDF software. Try converting the file. Take control of your PDF operations with better tools today.
To enable the preference, go to Acrobat preferences, and click Documents in the left pane. Under Open Settings, select Always Use Filename As Document Title. Please update your Acrobat/Reader (It should Auto update or you should do Help Check for updates) and let us know your Feedback.
If you use Save As to convert to PDF, the default show setting will be DocumentTile which is carried over from the Title field in MS Word/Powerpoint. If you get the right title in the source document in Word (or even blank), that would automatically be carried over when you create PDF.
Open the PDF file in Acrobat. Select EditPreferences. From the Categories list, select Documents. Then, in the Open Settings section, select the Always use filename as document title checkbox (as shown below) and click OK to save the settings.
Open the PDF document that you would like to edit. On the right-hand side of Acrobat, click Edit PDF. Located on the center of the top edit toolbar, click Header and Footer. If a Header or Footer exists, click Update otherwise click Add. When finished with the Header or Footer, click OK to save the changes.
In your PDF document go to File Properties Initial View tab Window Options Show: from the dropdown select Document Title OK. Now run the Accessibility Check again and this error should be resolved. If you only have access to the PDF you can select Menu Document Properties Title and provide a title.
Or, you can right-click on the opened PDF file and choose Document Properties in the drop-down window. Remove Metadata: In the Properties window, youll see information like the author, subject, keywords, and more. To remove this metadata, simply delete the text in each field or modify it as needed.
Open the PDF document in docHub Pro: Select File Properties. Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary. Modify the Title field to add or change the documents Title entry.
