Open the email and select REVIEW DOCUMENT. Select CONTINUE. Review the document and sign: Review the documents by scrolling or using the page thumbnails in the right-hand navigation pane. When you finish selecting all signature tags in the document, confirm signing by selecting FINISH at the top or bottom of the page.
Before you begin Select Settings Signature Types. The Signature Types screen opens. Select EDIT. The Manage Signature Type List screen opens. Locate a signature type you want to remove. Select REMOVE. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other signature types you want to remove. Select SAVE.
Change your Signature in Your Account From your account, select your account icon and select Manage Profile. Select Signatures and choose: Edit to display all available signatures. Confirm that your full name and initials are correct, and select a style, draw, or upload your signature.

Look for the More option, which typically contains the Void button. Upon clicking Void, confirm the action and provide a reason for voiding the document if prompted. Following these steps ensures that the signed contract is effectively cancelled and any associated obligations are legally terminated.
A signatory signs a document and can be an individual or an entity. Signatories are legally bound by the terms and conditions laid out in the agreement. Signer is a more general term and refers to a person who needs to sign a document. These documents can even be checks and forms.
When you no longer want documents or folders, you can delete these items in CLM. Note: Users can delete only the CLM files and folders to which they have at least view, edit, and delete access.
Role of an authorized signer An authorized signer is a person who has been given permission by the accounts owner to access a bank account. They do not have any ownership of the funds in the account. However, they possess many of the same abilities as an owner.
