Can you erase your criminal history here in Florida? Well, answer a few questions, and weamp;#39;ll let you know. My first question is, have you been convicted of the crime you want to erase? Because if you were convicted of that crime or any other in the State of Florida, Iamp;#39;m sorry, you cannot seal or expunge your criminal history. It sucks, but itamp;#39;s the law. Oddly enough, if you have some convictions outside the state, theyamp;#39;re going to let that slide, thatamp;#39;s ok. But you canamp;#39;t have a Florida conviction. My second question is, did you enter a plea on the charge that you want to erase? Because if you entered a plea, there are special rules for sealing up that case, right? First of all, you must have received a withhold of adjudication in order to seal a case that youamp;#39;ve pled to. And second, I want to say that even if you received a withhold, not all charges qualify to be sealed that you received a withhold on. W
