Users can follow the syntax below to use JQuerys prop() method to uncheck the radio button. $(#radiobtn). prop(checked, false); In the above syntax, we passed the checked property name as the first parameter and the false property value as a second parameter.
One simple way to achieve this is to have a button or icon next to the radio button and its OnSelect property to be Reset(rdoButton). This is easy, but if there are many radio button controls, it could result in lots more controls on a screen or in an app.
To disable the radio button, add the disabled attribute within the element.
Users can follow the syntax below to use JQuerys prop() method to uncheck the radio button. $(#radiobtn). prop(checked, false);
Approach: The approach is to use the ng-checked directive to check the radio button in the DOM. In the first example, a single radio button is checked by the button and In the second example, multiple radio buttons are checked by the button. The ng-model directive is used to bind the radio buttons.
This is the functional definition of radio-buttons. Once a selection is made, you can only switch from one button to another, not de-select them entirely (unless you reset the form). Tools - Forms - Preapare Form - More Options - Clear Form.
To turn off a radio button you can use binding on the radio buttons html attribute checked and then create a property (variable) in your component like radioStatus: boolean;, as mentioned above. Then you can change the value of the binding by assigning false or true to radioStatus.
You can control the enabled state of the Kendo UI for Angular RadioButton at runtime. To disable user interaction with the component, set the disabled property of the RadioButton component to true or use the disabled attribute in case you use the native HTML input element.
