Change the print resolution or print quality for a worksheet On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click the Launcher . On the Page tab, in the Print quality box, click the resolution that you want to use. Note: The dpi settings that are available depend on the type of printer that you are using.
How to clear print area in Excel Open the worksheet of interest. Switch to the Page Layout tab Page Setup group and click the Clear Print Area button.
For best results with printing your worksheet, use the Print command in Excel for the web, not your browsers Print command. You can print the entire worksheet or just the cells you want. If you want to print a range of cells, select them. To print the entire worksheet, dont select anything.
