whatamp;#39;s cooking good looking hello everyone hope youamp;#39;re doing good in this tutorial weamp;#39;re going to learn how to clear printer queue or print spool on Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer and it is a very straightforward process so letamp;#39;s go ahead and do that so here in the start icon just do a right click and then click on run and here type services dot MSC once you have typed it click on OK a new window will appear like this Iamp;#39;ll just maximize it and here select any of your services and type P and then look for printer spoiler so it says prints blue spooler you just need to do a double click on that once you find Print Spooler and you just need to from automatic to select disabled and click on apply and then okay so the reason we are disabling a Print Spooler is because we need to delete the queue of the printer so once this is done do a right click in the start icon and then click on run again and this time type spool this will work on Windows 10 an

To manually clear the print queue on a Windows machine: Stop the print spooler. Open your running services (services.msc) Right-click on Print Spooler Delete the print job(s) Open file explorer. Navigate to: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS. Restart the print spooler. Open your running services (services.msc)
Select Start. Type Command. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator. Type net stop spooler, then press Enter. Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q, then press Enter. Type net start spooler, then press Enter. The print queue on your Windows should now be cleared.
Right-click on the printer icon, then select See whats printing. If documents are stuck in the queue, right-click, then select Cancel All Documents.
Clear Print Queue Select Start. Type Command. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator. Type net stop spooler then press Enter. Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q then press Enter. Type net start spooler then press Enter. The print queue on your Windows should now be cleared.
Stopping and restarting print queues (Windows) Step 1: Open the Printers scanners menu. If the print job is currently in progress, double-click on the printer icon located in the taskbar in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Step 2: Open the print queue. Step 3: Delete the print job.
Locating the Printers history is easy. Once in the printer menu, look for the Printer History or Print History option. This is where your printer stores information about recently processed print jobs. Select the Delete or Clear option to remove the print history from the printers memory.
