for as long as I can remember weamp;#39;ve been able to use the show and hide in Microsoft Word to show and hide paragraph marks or other non-printing characters and itamp;#39;s just using this button at the top here it shows when the spacebar has been pressed when thereamp;#39;s a line break when thereamp;#39;s a paragraph break page break section breaks all of that kind of stuff now this has been missing from Google Docs and itamp;#39;s something that a lot of the people I meet um ask me how to do but we can now do it so theyamp;#39;ve added the view non-printing characters feature into Google Docs so Iamp;#39;ve come into Google Docs now and I have a document on the screen and all I need to do to show these non-printing characters is to go to the view menu at the top show non-printing characters and here I can see Iamp;#39;ve got a line break there with that little arrow Iamp;#39;ve got a paragraph break there the the dot between report and the year thatamp;#39;s uh thata

How to Remove the Comments Open the Word document. In the menu at the top of the Word document, click the Review tab. Go to the Comment section of the Review tab. Click on the arrow under Delete and select Delete All Comments in Document.
You can simply turn them off by choosing FileOptionsProofing and unchecking the option Check spelling as you type.
Turn the display of formatting marks on or off button turns hidden characters like spaces, paragraph markers, or tab marks on and off. Go to File Options Display. button is turned on or off.
Delete markups Right click on the markup. When the menu shows, click Delete .
Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from or press Ctrl+A to select all of the text. Go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select No Color.
To either hide or show edits in Word, follow these steps: Go to the Review tab at the top of the window. In the Tracking group, click on Show Markup. To hide all edits, uncheck all options under Show Markup. To show edits again, just check the desired options.
Tap twice on a comment in the document to select it. One the Review tab, tap Delete, and then do one of the following: Tap Delete to delete only the selected comment. Tap Delete All to delete all comments in the document.
