Go to the Page Layout tab: Click on the Page Layout tab in the Excel ribbon. This tab is where you will find page-related settings, including margins. Click on Margins: Within the Page Layout tab, you should see a Margins button in the Page Setup group. Click on it to access margin options.
Fit to one page Go to Page Layout Dialog Box Launcher on the bottom right. In the Page Setup dialog box, select the Page tab. Under Scaling, select Fitto. To fit your document to print on one page, choose 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall in the Fit to boxes. Select OK.
