Battery Needs Recalibration Sometimes, your battery management system can drift from reality and report an empty battery when it has plenty of charge. To calibrate the battery on your Dell Laptop: Charge it to 100%, and keep charging it for at least two more hours.
Restore your Dell computer using Windows Push-Button Reset Click Start. Select Reset this PC (System Setting). Under Reset this PC, select Get Started. Select the option to Remove everything. How to Force Quit on a Windows 10 PC Using Windows Task Manager Press the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys at the same time. Then select Task Manager from the list. Click on the application you want to force quit. Click End task to close the program.
