Using rubbing alcohol or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, place the garment on a towel and saturate the stain. Then apply Tide Plus Bleach directly to the stain, gently rubbing before allowing it to sit for at least 15 minutes. Rinse with cool water and repeat if necessary, then machine wash as you normally would.
Try baby wipes. Since they are designed to be gentle and non-abrasive, they are ideal for cleaning ink stains on a touch screen. To use the baby wipe, simply wipe the ink stain with it in a circular motion using gentle pressure. You can use isopropyl alcohol wipes in the same way.
Use a Q-Tip soaked in a solvent like brake fluid, acetone, or rubbing alcohol to lift ink out of the page. If chemicals dont work, try carefully rubbing the ink off with an eraser, razor blade, or even a fine-grit sander.

To remove an ink stain from a touch screen, try these steps: Dampen a soft cloth with isopropyl alcohol. Gently rub the stain with the cloth until it disappears. Wipe the screen with a dry cloth to remove any residue.
Steps: Moisten a cotton ball or swab with rubbing alcohol. To prevent the stain from spreading, do not rub it. If the ink has been loosened from the stained area, paper towels can be used to absorb it. Once the ink has been completely removed, repeat the process. Allow the paper to air dry.
