You get this data but it has a lot of blank rows in the middle. So, youamp;#39;re going to go and delete them, but no, donamp;#39;t do this because youamp;#39;re going to drive yourself crazy. Instead, what you want to do, use the shortcut key Ctrl + G, then Alt + S, to bring up Go To Special. Use the arrow keys and go to Blanks, then press Enter. Now, use Ctrl + minus and Shift Cells Up, press Enter, and all blank rows are automatically removed.

Remove the VLOOKUP formula using the keyboard shortcut. After locating the cells that contain formulas, press CTRL+C to copy. At the Paste Special dialog Box, under Paste, click Values and then click OK.
Delete a lookup field Open the table in Datasheet View. Locate the lookup field, right-click the header row , and then click Delete Field. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Delete a formula but keep the results Click Home Copy (or press Ctrl + C). Click Home arrow below Paste Paste Values.
Clear Cell Content To remove cell content only (value and formula), call the Worksheet. ClearContents method, or assign the CellRange. Value property to null or to CellValue. Empty.
Select Copy, or press Ctrl+C on your keyboard. Right-click on the selected cell(s) again. Hover over the Paste Special option. Click on Values from the list. This action pastes the calculated result back into the same cell(s) without the formula.
To do that: Click a cell in the array formula. On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Find Select, and then click Go To. Click Special. Click Current array. Press DELETE.
How to remove links in Excel Navigate to the Data tab in the top banner. Find the Queries Connections group. Click Edit Links. Find the link you want to remove from the Source list. To select multiple links, hold the Crtl button on your keyboard and click each link you want to remove. Choose Break Link.
Using the SHIFT key, select B1 to B1000. In the example, hold Shift and click cell B1000 to select cells B1 through B1000. Now, type =CLEAN(A1) (excluding the quotes) and then press Ctrl-Enter to apply the CLEAN function to the entire selection and clean every data point on our list.
