Dont overdesign Your slides should be simple and clear. Eliminate unnecessary information and clutter. Make use of white space and dont cram too much on each slide. For each addition, ask yourself is this necessary; what does it add to the message? Avoid busy backgrounds that make text hard to read.
Within the Format tab, locate the Transparency option. Depending on your PowerPoint version, this may be labeled as Opacity or Fill Transparency. Click on it to reveal a slider or input box that allows you to adjust the transparency level of the selected object.

The first step is to open Microsoft PowerPoint. Click More options at the top of the page. Click Clear Formatting.
Click View Slide Master. On the Slide Master tab, click the Fonts drop-down menu. Select the font you want to use for all the slides in the presentation. You dont have to choose from the pre-defined font pairs on the menu; choose Customize Fonts at the bottom of the menu to select your own fonts.
In PowerPoint (or Word) click on the File tab and select Options. In the Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation section disable the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK and then save your file, which will immediately remove the fonts from your presentation.
Select the text that you want to return to its default formatting. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Clear All Formatting. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Clear All Formatting. On the Message tab, in the Basic Text group, click Clear All Formatting.
Select the picture with the formatting you want to remove. In the Picture Tools Format tabs Adjust group, click Reset Picture.
