It means that the recipients mailbox is full and cant accept messages now. That is to say, you cant send or receive your emails if your mailbox is full. The only thing you can do is delete emails from your account or upgrade your account to an advanced plan to get more email storage space for new messages.
One easy way to get this done is to sort your email inbox by sender. Simply delete social media messages, retail ads, past event reminders, delivery confirmations, out-of-date newsletters, etc. Then sort again by subject line and do the same thing.
How to clean up your work email Move all your current emails into one folder so new messages dont interrupt the cleaning process. Simplify your email folder system by deleting and/or merging folders. Target emails by keywords, sender address, date, etc. Unsubscribe from newsletters you rarely read or completely ignore.
