How do you clean up an overflowing mailbox, especially after years of collecting messages? Fortunately, itamp;#39;s not difficult once you know a few tricks. Let me show you. Letamp;#39;s start by finding out what your current mailbox size is. To do that, just click on any folder in your mailbox and then on File. This is going to take you to the Account Information, and under Mailbox Settings, youamp;#39;ll see the overall size. For IMAP or POP accounts, you need to right-click on the mailbox and select Data File Properties, then click on Folder Size. The interesting number here is the Total Size including the subfolders. Select all the emails based on a specific date range for deleting these emails. Select these emails by clicking on the box at the top-left corner of your Email. Now, click the text and select all conversations that match the search result. Click on the trash icon to delete all these emails.
