Sand the dented area until smooth. Fill the dent with wood filler. Once dried, sand the filler down to match the surface level. Finish with a touch of polish or paint if necessary.
Dents in wood can often completely remove by steaming them out. Take a damp cloth and use the tip of a clothes iron and hold it on the dent lightly. Leg it steam for 1015 seconds. Repeat several time if necessary.

To fix, place a few drops of water in the dent and let it soak for a few seconds. Cover the area with a damp cloth. Set your iron at its maximum setting and press it onto the damp cloth. The heat and moisture push the wooden fibers back into their original position.
Wet Cloth and Iron Method: Place a wet cloth over the dented area. Use a clothes iron on a medium setting and gently press over the cloth for several seconds. The steam will cause the wood fibers to swell and fill the dent. This method is particularly effective for removing dents from wooden floors.
Using a heat gun, each dent can be warmed on a medium/low setting, then quickly treated with a very cold element, such as dry ice. The idea is that the heat will make the metal surface more pliable and the rapid cooling from the ice will cause the metal to contract, pushing the dent out of the car.
To repair dents in hardwood flooring, consider using wood putty or filler specifically designed for this purpose. After filling the dents, sand and refinish the area to blend it seamlessly with the surrounding floor.
Its pretty straightforward how to do this. Use hot household iron, and take a wet paper towel or paper bag and put it over the dent. Then iron that area of the wood with fairly strong pressure. The paper towel will generate steam and dry out, but the dent should become less and less apparent.
