Using the Format Options Once you have selected the desired cells, go to the Format menu at the top of the Google Sheets interface. Click on the Borders option, and a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, select None to remove all borders and gridlines from the selected cells.
With the text or cell selected, click on the Format menu in the menu bar. Hover over Text and then click on Strikethrough. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Alt + Shift + 5 (Cmd + Shift + X on Mac).
Apply or remove double-line strikethrough formatting To remove double-line strikethrough formatting, select the text, and then go to Home and select Strikethrough twice in the Font group.

Add custom checkbox values On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Select the cells you want to have checkboxes. In the menu at the top, click Data. Next to Criteria, choose Checkbox. Click Use custom cell values. Next to Checked, enter a value. Optional: Next to Unchecked, enter a value. Click Save.
To remove gridlines in Google Sheets, start by opening your Google Sheet spreadsheet and clicking View from the menu bar. From the View menu, select Show gridlines option to uncheck it. Once thats unchecked, all gridlines between cells across your spreadsheet will disappear from view.
