To view comments in Word without seeing the markup, go to the Review tab, click Show Markup, and uncheck Comments.
Delete all comments from a document Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon menu. Under Delete , select Delete All Comments in Document.
1 Answer Go to the File menu. In the blue bar on the left, select Info. In the gray pane in the center, select the drop-down under Check for Issues and select Inspect Document. In the Document Inspector window, check the Ink option. Click Inspect. Scroll through to the Ink row and click the Remove All button.
Reply to or resolve a comment Select a comment. Select Reply. Type what you want. Click elsewhere in the document when you are done. Or, select Resolve to show the comment has been completed.

To get rid of comments and track changes in Microsoft Word, you can follow these steps: Click on the Review tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen. In the Tracking section, click on the drop-down arrow next to Show Markup. Uncheck the boxes next to Comments and Insertions and Deletions.
Go to File Options and in the left sidebar menu open the Trust Center tab. Click on Trust Center Settings and in the new window, switch to the Privacy Options tab in the left sidebar menu. Uncheck the box which says Make hidden markup visible when opening or saving
On the Review tab, in the Comments section, click Next to select a comment. On the Review tab, click Delete. To delete all comments at once, click the arrow by Delete, and then click Delete All Comments in Document.
