hey everyone Jackson here from the zip guys here for another zip tip today weamp;#39;re going over how to use the claws manager inside of zip form plus clauses are saved text including legal and brokerage language which can be inserted into the forms at any time creating and managing clauses have time-saving benefits similar to how you would use a template from the transactions tab we will select the transaction tools menu then select Clause manager for this demonstration we will be working with personal clauses to create a new clause we will select new Clause if this is your first time using the clause manager you will need to name your new Clause category as you can see I have a number of Clause categories that have been previously created so for this one I will choose disclosures this new clause will be called agent disclosure I can now enter the language that I wish to use for the new clause then click Save our new clause has been created select clothes to exit the clause manager
