hi guys my name is Michael Oamp;#39;Hara and I am a master trainer for the DB method today Iamp;#39;m going to be guiding you through an arm circuit where weamp;#39;re gonna pay attention and take our focus to the back of the machine first exercise weamp;#39;re gonna focus on our biceps so first things first we want to push back our hips hinge at the waist I have a nice flat back you guys want to have that tabletop back so weamp;#39;re gonna pinch those shoulders back push that chest out now I want to grab the outside of the seat and then on this we want to focus on having our elbows out so from here weamp;#39;re going up and down squeezing that bicep at the bottom you really want to focus on feeling it right here at the top of that bicep head maintaining that nice flat back the whole time again we do that by sticking that chest out keeping those shoulders back up and down make sure you got proper breathing we are going to go for five minutes on this we donamp;#39;t want to tire
