Directory information can include the students name, address, telephone number, date and place of birth, honors and awards, and dates of attendance. Only schools or districts may disclose directory information but only after parents/guardians are notified and given an opportunity to refuse such disclosure.
Address the letter Ask your student who to address the letter of recommendation to. If theyre applying to a specific position or school, then address the letter to the hiring manager or admissions director . If the student is applying to several programs, then address the letter To Whom It May Concern.
How to write a college application cover letter Write your name and street address. Include the date. Write the head of admissions name, the colleges name and the colleges address. To update your address with UF follow these instructions: Go to Directory Profile. Sign in using the Gatorlink Username and Password. Click on Edit next to the Street Address, in the Personal Address section.
