Merge Duplicate Patron Records Select Admin Update Patrons Merge Duplicates sub-tab. Choose the method for finding records that may be duplicates: Click Search. Review the list that appears, or if you had Destiny search for duplicates and there are multiple results, click Show More.
Update Patrons Individually Select Admin Update Patrons Update sub-tab. Use the following table to fill in the fields: Field. Make sure the cursor is in the Patron field, and then scan a patrons barcode number. Click Update Patron. Continue scanning the remaining barcodes to update the information as needed.
To excuse or delete fines: Select Admin Update Patrons Excuse Fines sub-tab. Select fines you want to delete. Limit the deletion of fines to a value range.
Delete a Patron Select Admin Manage Patrons. Search for the patron to be deleted. Press Enter, or click Search. In the search results list, find the patrons record. Click Delete. When the confirmation message appears, click Yes.
From the libraries table, click Edit or Delete to edit or delete a library. You will be unable to edit the Library code. You will be unable to delete any library that has patrons or items attached to it.
To delete patron information: Select Admin Update Patrons Delete sub-tab. From the Delete drop-down, select the information to delete: From the Based on drop-down, select the information on which you want to base the deletions: By default, patrons with outstanding transactions are preserved.
If you have a patron who has been detrimental to your success on Patreon, you have the option of blocking them. Blocking a patron will remove their pledge to you as well as prevent them from becoming your patron again.
