There are three main methods to add calendar links to your emails: Create calendar event links directly from the calendar app (like Google Calendar) Create an ICS file and upload it to your email template or in the body content. Use a generator to create an add-to-calendar link.
From your Event Dashboard, click on Website under the Setup heading, then go to the Whitelabel tab. Check the box Hide EventCreate Branding. Then, click the Update button to save changes.
Tracking pixels are an advanced marketing tool that lets you better track your attendee activity. Youll need to create a tracking pixel with an outside service, like Facebook or Google. Then add the pixel to your event using our self-service tool. Add your pixel to your Eventbrite event.
The event URL is an internet address generated by the system and is composed of the data you enter when you register.
To use Google Analytics with Eventbrite, create a new property and get the measurement ID. Then go to Tracking pixels (under Marketing) and select Add new pixel Enter in your measurement ID and save. Eventbrite automatically adds in the rest of the tracking pixel code to your checkout.
To create a custom URL for your event, go to your Event Dashboard Setup Basics Advanced settings and find the Event URL box. Change the URL to the desired one as long as it is unique and not in use by any other event, then hit Save for the changes to take effect.
Customize your event URL Go to Manage my events. Go to your Event Dashboard. Find your existing URL. Click Edit. Save. Promote your event using your custom URL. Optional: Reuse your custom URL.
