Customizing the URL can improve the appearance of ticket links sent to customers in order confirmation emails. To set a new path, ensure it is not already used on your WordPress site, and test the path before entering it. The new path will be appended to your domain automatically (e.g., eventtickets/ticketdetails). Note that changing the path later will invalidate links to previously issued tickets, as paths are regenerated in the admin area. The old default path will remain active.
