hello everyone how are you doing this is mdtech here another quick tutorial today Iamp;#39;m going to be showing how to clear your most recent file access history in file explorer now you may be wondering what Iamp;#39;m talking about here so Iamp;#39;m gonna go underneath file explorer you also use the search menu to search for but basically when if you open up your file explorer youamp;#39;ll see thereamp;#39;s a bunch of recent files that are directly underneath this little drop-down that says recent files if youamp;#39;re trying to click on it and then click on the Delete key on your keyboard it will not delete these files or if you right-click on it thereamp;#39;s no option to delete however thereamp;#39;s a fairly simple way to remove these so what you want to do is head over to the file tab left click on options under folder options at the bottom box here versus privacy you want to left click on clear this will clear the file explorer history so Iamp;#39;m gonna left cl

To do this, follow these steps: Open Compare in the Review menu. Enter the Original on the left side and the Clean copy on the right side. Click Compare. A new document will be generated that shows all your tracked changes. Save this document with Track Changes in the name.
How to Remove Metadata Go to File Info Check for Issues Inspect Document. In the Document Inspector box, you will be presented with 11 different categories of items that Word will inspect for you. Then click Inspect. The Document Inspector will run for a few seconds and then present a results screen.
To remove tracked changes in Word, go to the Review tab, and accept or reject each change individually or all at once. Then, turn off track changes. Lastly, save the document, and the tracked changes will be removed.

Start by clicking on the Review tab and going to the Tracking section. You can then select Track Changes and set it to Off. Even though you turned off track changes, the edits and comments still remain in your document. These changes will stay in your document until you delete them or accept them.
In Word: On the Edit menu, click Clear and then select Clear Formatting.
