hi this is Gary with Macos now on todayamp;#39;s episode letamp;#39;s look at using Styles in pages so hereamp;#39;s an example Pages document now weamp;#39;ve got just some sample text in here and in order to bring up styles you want to go to view and show styles drawer itamp;#39;ll pop out from one side of the window and you can see there are paragraph Styles character Styles and list Styles now paragraph Styles apply to the entire paragraph while character Styles can apply to a word series of characters a sentence inside of a paragraph and the styles of course apply to lists letamp;#39;s set a style here letamp;#39;s select this first line I donamp;#39;t have to select the entire thing I just put the cursor inside of it and set it to the title style Iamp;#39;ll do the same for down here for this title now youamp;#39;ll notice that the paragraphs in between are already set to body style here you can see it highlighted now if I want to change some Styles I can select some te

Follow These Steps Go to the Show Markup menu and click on the drop down arrow. Check Comments. Check Insertions and Deletions. Uncheck Formatting.
Quickly toggle all formatting marks Keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+*. (You must use the asterisk on the 8 key.)
