okay welcome if youamp;#39;ve not tried it yet letamp;#39;s take a look at how we can use google sheets new cleanup suggestions to tidy up our data so iamp;#39;ve just got a really really basic set of data here but what youamp;#39;ll notice is thereamp;#39;s some inaccuracies in it so we can see iamp;#39;ve got usa there and iamp;#39;ve got united states here that quite often happens in a spreadsheet particularly if youamp;#39;ve not used conditional um or data validation sorry so all we need to do to tidy this up is quite simply go up to data and come down here to clean up suggestions we click on clean up suggestions and itamp;#39;s going to tell me here that iamp;#39;ve got usa in row in cell a5 and united states in a13 and all iamp;#39;ve got to do is apply usa to all of those so iamp;#39;m just going to click tick and that will automatically tidy those up so theyamp;#39;ve both become usa itamp;#39;s also telling me iamp;#39;ve got some blank white space after scotla

Manage storage through Google One Click Storage. Under Get your space back, click Free up account storage. Under Clean up suggested items or Clean up by service, click a category or service you want to review. Select the files to delete.
Click Trash from the left navigation in Google Drive. Select the files you want to permanently delete. Click the trash can icon in the top right. Click Delete forever to confirm.

Click Format on the menu bar. Select Clear formatting.
To pick a file, click it once. Then hit the Delete button at the top. You can also remove multiple files simultaneously. Click the first file and click on other files to select them while holding down the Ctrl or Command key.
To change your spacing between paragraphs, click Remove space before paragraph or Add space after paragraph. To enter a custom size, click Custom spacing. Then, enter the size of the spacing you want before and after a paragraph and click Apply.
Delete files by size in Google Drive Log into your Google Drive account. Click Storage in the menu on the left side of the screen. The Storage page should list your files from largest to smallest, but if not, click Storage used on the right side of the screen. Click on the large files you want to delete to select them.
