over the course of my career in consulting and strategy and as a powerpoint instructor for those industries iamp;#39;ve seen a lot of slides great slides terrible slides and everything in between and what iamp;#39;ve come to learn is that thereamp;#39;s a handful of common mistakes that many people donamp;#39;t realize are hurting their presentation in this video iamp;#39;m going to talk about the mistakes i see most often iamp;#39;ll give some basic examples of each mistake explain why it hurts the presentation and show you what you should be doing instead for this list iamp;#39;ll mostly be focusing on corporate style presentations like what youamp;#39;re likely to see day-to-day in the business world but many of the lessons can be applied to other types of presentations as well and if you see anything you think we should have included in this list be sure to let us know down in the comments the first mistake on our list is using visualizations that are too complicate
