If youamp;#39;ve got a document thatamp;#39;s redlined because youamp;#39;ve used track changes, youamp;#39;ll be glad to know you donamp;#39;t have to accept or reject all the changes just to get a clean copy of the original or final edited version. The key here is in the Track Changes area of the Review tab, and weamp;#39;re looking at version 2016, which is very similar to version 2013. This dropdown will allow us to toggle or switch between the original, unmarked, unchanged document, a final document with the redline intact, and a final document with all the changes but with no revision marks. This helps when someone asks you to print him or her a clean copy of the document with changes, perhaps for a meeting with a client or with another attorney. Turn change tracking on or off On the Review tab, click Track Changes, and then click Highlight Changes. Select or clear the Track changes while editing. This also shares your workbook check box.
