All right well letamp;#39;s jump on the PC. Here I am on my desktop, and I have PowerPoint on my taskbar here. This is a PowerPoint that comes with Office 365. Itamp;#39;s the latest and greatest version. However, if you have an older version of PowerPoint, you should also be able to do this, but I just canamp;#39;t guarantee that things will look the same. Under Audio Tools, on the Playback tab, click Trim Audio. To determine where you want to trim your audio clip, in the Trim Audio box, click the Play button. Click the X toward the top right of the window and choose Clear Recordings on Current Slide. Click Record to re-record the narration for the specific slide and then click Stop. If you wish to start over, click the X and choose Clear Recordings on All Slides. Start your recording again.
Select the text that you want to return to its default formatting. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Clear All Formatting. On the Home tab, in the Font group, click Clear All Formatting. On the Message tab, in the Basic Text group, click Clear All Formatting.

On the Recording tab of the PowerPoint for Microsoft 365 ribbon, on the Record Slide Show button, click the down arrow, point to Clear, and then choose the appropriate Clear command for your situation.

To end your recording, right-click the final slide, and click End Show. Tip: When you finish recording your narration, a sound icon appears in the lower-right corner of each slide that has narration. The recorded slide show timings are automatically saved.
