[Music] I see it all the time my baby got eczema I think its a food allergy what do I do that choco the problem is eczema can be triggered by so many things and food that allergies may or may not be the trigger and the harm that we have with that is the eczema babies tend to be more prone to get food allergies how do we prevent it by giving them the food so you dont want to take away the foods unless were really certain thats a trigger how do you know from eczema its not with a blood test its not the skin test its really just doing two weeks on and off the food and thats it but we would be very careful about not taking away the food because you might lose that window to develop your tolerance so we really try to keep the foods in our eczema babies maybe try offering for two or three weeks but then reintroduce it every so often
