this is Crystal and weamp;#39;re sorting paragraphs in Microsoft Word and yes we can sort in word and it doesnamp;#39;t have to be in a table really easy to do it here I am in my word document so in these first few paragraphs notice the first word of these first few paragraphs have specific peopleamp;#39;s names and I want them sorted by whomever is the responsible person so of course I can copy and paste it or drag and drop it but guess what in word if I go to the Home tab here in the paragraph group thereamp;#39;s this little sort icon now I want to sort by these paragraphs so Iamp;#39;m going to select the four paragraphs that are here not the title so Iamp;#39;m just going to click on the sort icon and this dialogue box appears so Iamp;#39;m sorting by the paragraphs which means whatever first letter of each paragraph it will be sorted by now thatamp;#39;s perfect but I do have other options in here if I click on the drop-down Arrow it actually says I want to sort by the fi
