welcome back in this video I will show you how to determine whether the document that you have is a in a good state to be edited um and formatted uh for ebook uh publishing so letamp;#39;s start with this particular document over here this is uh as you can see from the title is bad document so that kind of gives you a clue that thereamp;#39;s something wrong here uh letamp;#39;s look at the formatting you know you can already see that thereamp;#39;s something uh not quite right you see the chapter one is formatted as times in Roman while here slightly different the text of the paragraphs is also formed in times in Roman while here again itamp;#39;s different and so you can see that thereamp;#39;s a you know the the text is aligned here is Justified while text text here is left aligned so letamp;#39;s letamp;#39;s have a look how can we determine in a maybe more scientific way whether thereamp;#39;s something that needs to be um fixed with the document so we bring up the style
