How to clean up outline in DOCM

okay guys so today weamp;#39;re going to be working on microsoft word weamp;#39;re continuing microsoft word very similar to google docs but this one actually has more features um and just to give you a little history microsoft word was out you know itamp;#39;s been out for years i think since 2003 maybe and you used to have to download the program and all that and that was the only way you could use it well then google docs came out and they started using the cloud where you donamp;#39;t really have to save the document itamp;#39;s all saved there on the cloud and then microsoft ended up so google docs copied microsoft word and then microsoft word copied google docs the way they save everything in the cloud so itamp;#39;s kind of like these companies are just competing to see who whose products weamp;#39;re going to use but here we are in microsoft word so weamp;#39;re going to choose a blank document remember you could go to office.com and choose word in the app drawer or you

How do I make a clean copy of a Word document after track changes? You will need to save your document with all the changes accepted, you can choose to add the word clean to the file name to indicate that this copy has all of the tracked changes and comments removed.
Steps Navigate to the File tab in Word. Then click Open. Select Browse and go to the location or folder where the corrupted file is stored. Select the corrupted file and click the drop-down arrow next to the Open button. Click Open and Repair. If successful, the document will open.
However if you want to optimize your document, use the Clean up Document command in File menu. It will remove any gradients, patterns, or markers which are not used by anything in the document, making the file smaller.
