this Google Apps screencast Iamp;#39;m going to show teachers how to clean out your Google Docs at the end of the year so this will get rid of any student files or any sharing that you did with students to get ready for the next year so here I am already logged into my Google Docs account over on the left side Iamp;#39;m in the home area currently first step in this process is to click on my collections so my collections is red and most teachers set up folders by class hour so that you could keep all your student folders together in one place so click on my collections over in the main body here if youamp;#39;re not sorting by title come up to the sort button and sort by title so alphabetically if you numbered your folders uh hopefully itamp;#39;ll appear at the top Iamp;#39;m going to click on the check boox for my class this was my 5B New Media semester 2 class so Iamp;#39;ve checkbox that and Iamp;#39;m going to click the trash can which is going to remove it to the trash so
